2024 Shoot for a Cure

Please join us on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the 16th annual Shoot for a Cure at Strathalbyn Farms Club. You can not ask for a more beautiful location to spend the day clay target shooting while raising money to support life-saving research at the Saint Louis University Liver Center. It is always wonderful to welcome back our returning sponsors and shooters and to welcome new participants each year. The Friends thank you for your support, now and over the years.

The annual Shoot is a clay target shooting event welcoming participants of all levels from beginners through experienced shooters. Shoot for a Cure supports the research efforts of the Saint Louis University Liver Center for the treatment and cure of liver disease and to promote understanding and awareness of liver disease.

Over the past sixteen years, Shoot for a Cure has raised $778,522 for liver research at the Saint Louis University Liver Center. Shoot for a Cure is a 14 station, 100 shot clay target shooting event held at the private Strathalbyn Farms Club located on 140 pristine acres in the Weldon Spring area of St. Charles County.

The event is open to 4 member teams and individual shooters.  We welcome all skill levels – beginner to advanced shooter!  If you register as an individual shooter, we will place you on a team.

Teams consist of 4 shooters (if you request an exception, please call 314-576-3078).  Shooters will have an opportunity to sharpen their skills at the practice area, for a minimum fee, before heading out to the course.

Guests are provided continental breakfast before shooting, and will enjoy lunch, drinks, raffle, auction and award presentations after the shoot. For event information, please contact Leisa Duff at 314-576-3078.
