We use the term “third party event” when someone wants to plan their own fundraiser. A third party event is coordinated and executed by individuals or organizations independent of Friends of the Saint Louis University Liver Center (SLULC) who want to raise money to support the Liver Center.
Friends of SLULC have no fiduciary responsibility and or involvement in planning of your third party event – you can make it whatever you want. Third party events may be any size ranging from a letter writing campaign, BBQ, themed party, or if you’re really energetic, it could be as large as a golf tournament. A third party event may also be in memory or honor of someone.
If you would like to help the Friends by coordinating your own fundraiser, please download the Third Party Event Packet, complete the necessary paperwork and return a copy to the Friends office. Once received, a Friends representative will be in touch with you to discuss your third party event application. We look forward to your third party event plans.
